With this application, remote work is facilitated seamlessly.

• IM: Enables employees to communicate with each other using instant messaging.
• News Room: A section where team members receive informative updates about company events, achievements, updates, brand story, and philosophy.
• Learning Management System: A software application that serves as a framework for managing all aspects of the learning process. It allows trainers and trainees to store, deliver, and track training content.
• Support Ticket: A help desk ticketing system that consolidates and monitors all employee support interactions from various channels such as phone, chat widget, email, and internal requests. This feature enhances communication between requesters and support staff.
